How do I find the items I am looking for?
We have several search options.
1) By Town or region: You can search for the products per town, by looking for your town in the dropdown menu under the PRODUCTS PER TOWN item.
2) By Keyword: You can search by keyword in the search panel at the top of the home page.
3) By Category: All the items are listed by Category and you will see a list of Categories at the left hand side of the Home Page.
4) By Shop in your town: You can also search for shops in your town by going to the SHOPS IN MY TOWN in the Menu and type in your town. The search will list all the shops in your town that are selling products on Buylocalonline.co.za.

 

Why should I rate the Seller?
Once you have received the item you bought, you should rate the product based on quality and customer satisfaction. This will help subsequent buyers make an informed decision when buying an item.

 

How do I arrange a refund?
You have 5 business days after delivery to advise us if the product was either faulty, wrongly described or did not perform as intended. A full refund will be given to you provided items are delivered back to us within 10 business days of delivery of such goods.

 

Are only certain items available due to COVID-19 lockdown?
No. At this point in time, the government has issued directions that all items are open for purchase on e-commerce (except for tobacco).
