Buylocalonline.co.za has 2 different shipping options to cover all your shipping needs.

PARGO – a ‘Click and Collect’ service at R80 per 5kg. The weights of your items are cumulative ie. if you order several different items from a single vendor, the cost of the shipping for the order will still only be R80 if the weight of all the parcels together add up to 5kg or less.

PARGO has over 2 500 collection points, including Clicks and Caltex, across South Africa and you are certain to find at least 2 pick up points in your town. When you checkout your order, you will be prompted to select your pick up point from a list of shops in South Africa.

Delivery is 2-5 days. Each parcel is automatically insured for up to R1000 for loss or damage while shipping.

COURIER GUY – a ‘Door to Door’ delivery service at R115 per 25kg. The weights of your items are cumulative ie. if you order several different items from a single vendor, the cost of the shipping for the order will still only be R115 if the weight of all the parcels together add up to 25kg or less.

Delivery is 3-5 days. Each parcel is automatically insured for up to R1000 for loss or damage while shipping. Extra insurance to cover parcels to the value of up to R2500 is available at an extra cost of R50.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PARCEL IS READY FOR COLLECTION?
You will receive SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pargo parcel point and is ready for collection.

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Yes. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a Waybill number. Use the link below to enter your Waybill number and track your parcel.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PARCEL TO BE READY FOR COLLECTION?
Normally delivery will take 2 to 5 days from the time the parcel has been dropped off. Delivery to and from some smaller regional areas might take a bit longer.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT A PARCEL?
All you need is your ID and the Pargo Code for that parcel. You will receive a unique Pargo Code in the sms and/or email that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection.

WHAT IS THE PARGO CODE?
This is a unique and random security code that you receive by sms and/or email at the moment the parcel arrives at your preferred Pargo parcel point. You will need this code to collect the parcel. Without it, you will not be able to collect.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY PARCEL
Yes. The person collecting will have to bring your ID (or a copy) and unique Pargo Code.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PARCEL?

Pargo holds the parcel for 8 days from the moment you receive your sms/email notification. If you have not collected your parcel within 8 days, it will be returned to the sender.

IS MY PARCEL INSURED TO COVER DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING?
Your parcel is insured for up to R1000.

Anyone can receive your parcel as long as they have your ID (or a copy).

IS MY PARCEL INSURED TO COVER DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING?
Your parcel is insured for up to R1000. If you wish to increase your insurance value you can do so, but with an extra cost of R50 for cover of up to R2 500 or 2% of the items cost if it is between R 2 500 and R10 000. Please select the COURIER GUY shipping option with ENHANCED INSURANCE.
